Privacy Policy

BowlerLaunch ("we", "us") is operated by SoewidiPutra. This page explains what we collect when you use https://launch.bowlerkit.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

• Account data. Email address, and if you sign in with Google or GitHub, the name and avatar those providers share with us. Passwords are never stored in plain text.
• Content you upload. Logos, app screenshots, and the app description you provide to generate screenshots, icons, splash screens, and store listing copy. Stored so you can return to and re-export your projects; never used to train models. To generate an asset, the relevant content is sent to a third-party AI model provider for that single request; we route between providers for reliability, so the specific provider can vary.
• Billing data. Subscriptions and one-time purchases are handled by Polar, our merchant of record. We receive your plan and purchase status, not your full payment card details.
• Usage analytics. On our public marketing pages, and only after you accept the cookie dialog, we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand traffic. See the Cookie Policy.
• Support requests. If you email us, we keep that correspondence to respond to you.

We use this data to operate your account, generate the assets you ask for, process payments, respond to support requests, and — with consent — understand aggregate marketing traffic. We do not sell your personal data.

• Polar, to process payments and subscriptions.
• Google, for OAuth sign-in (if you choose it) and, with consent, GA4 analytics.
• AI model providers, to generate the assets you request (screenshot decks, copy, icons, and legal drafts). We route requests across multiple providers for reliability, so the specific provider handling a given request can vary; each request is used only to fulfill it, not to train their models.
• Infrastructure providers that host our servers, database, and file storage, bound by contracts that limit their use of your data to providing that infrastructure to us.

We do not share your uploaded logos, screenshots, or generated assets with anyone else.

Account and project data is kept for as long as your account is active. You can delete a project or your account at any time from the app. Deleting your account removes your account, project workspaces, templates, uploaded content, and generated assets within a reasonable period. Active Polar subscriptions are canceled, and we request that Polar anonymize the customer record. Polar may retain historical order and subscription records for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or other legal purposes; those records are not restored or linked if you create a new account.

You can access, export, or delete your project data from within the app. You can decline analytics cookies at any time — see the Cookie Policy for how. To request a copy or deletion of your account data directly, email [email protected].
