Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of https://launch.bowlerkit.com, operated by SoewidiPutra ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using BowlerLaunch, you agree to them.

BowlerLaunch turns a logo and raw app screenshots into App Store and Google Play submission assets: screenshot decks, icons, splash screens, feature graphics, store listing copy, and legal draft text, generated with the help of AI. AI-generated content can be wrong — treat every generated asset, including legal drafts (privacy policy, terms), as a starting point that a human reviews before publishing. Generated legal drafts are not legal advice.

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the service, and you agree to provide accurate account information.

You keep ownership of the logos, screenshots, and copy you upload, and of the assets we generate for you. By uploading content, you grant us a license to store and process it solely to provide the service to you. We do not use your content to train models or share it with other customers.

You're responsible for having the rights to any content you upload, and for how you use the assets we generate — including that your finished app complies with the App Store and Google Play guidelines you're submitting to.

Payments are processed by Polar, our merchant of record; taxes and payment processing follow Polar's terms. You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account; access continues through the end of the paid period already paid for, with no partial refund for the unused part of that period.

Credits you've purchased but not yet spent are refundable within 14 days of purchase — contact [email protected]. Credits already spent on a completed generation are final. If a generation fails, the credits it would have cost are refunded to your balance automatically — you don't need to ask.

Don't use BowlerLaunch to generate assets for apps that are illegal, infringe someone else's rights, or are designed to deceive App Store or Google Play reviewers or end users. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.

We aim to keep the service available and your data intact, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or discontinue features. We'll try to give notice of changes that materially affect you.

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. Deleting your account ends access, removes your project workspaces and generated assets, and cancels active Polar subscriptions. Polar may retain historical order and subscription records and anonymize personal data for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or other legal purposes. A later account created with the same email does not restore the deleted account's data or entitlements. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the Acceptable use section above.

The service, including any AI-generated content (screenshot decks, copy, legal drafts, and other assets), is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI output can be inaccurate — you're responsible for reviewing it before you rely on it or publish it. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
